contemplating to respec to orb/fire -- never really been a big fan of lightning as second element, and i remember why now.. so the decision is between firewall or hydra .. hmmm

so i decided to respec to hydra/orb because i miss krystol. i was thinking of doing this or orb/fw originally, but the 6 points to get to energy shield when you're fire spec just seemed very 'blah' to me, but i hate lightning spec xD

plus it's fun doing against what slap_nutts says, so woop woop hydra! here's the new skill tree & hydra damage @ lvl 75::





surprised this is my first skiller i've found in this walk @ hell a1. what would a skiller be in a walkthrough without being completely useless!?

onward to act 2. grabbed the book

staff of kings. this room was flooded with maggots & eggs. took forever to clear.



one of the scariest places for a sorc in hardcore. i tele'd right up onto the platform thinking i could just hydra the snakes and skellies away, but tele'd right onto fangskin luckily he hit my merc and i tele'd right back off to clear the ground first.

random armor again to rid my spirit shroud since it has cbf for summoner/duriel.



last place i checked.
there was no nearby safe place to make a quick clear since it takes time to kill packs of monsters here that are half CI, half FI, and there's tons. had to tele back halfway, and worked my way back towards summoner.

tele'd a little and did not feel safe at all. ended up clearing quite a bit. luckily it wasn't too far from the entrance.

found the jade figurine while in the spider cavern off a champion spider.



took a while to get through the millions of spiders in here, but finally got the eye.



got the brain. relieved i can't wear this. mainly because i don't have the room to hold it. hoping for something small like a ring or amulet.
