I don't want to dissapoint you, but the druids in bear form gain ias ONLY from weapon. the ias mod from other items DOES NOT WORK with your druid...

That isnt right mate ... there are lots of players that say that (people that usual dont play druids ) but they and you are wrongggggggggggg

Its true that the Oias dont work like in others chars... only that mate... and you must distinguish between wolf and bear....

sorry to say, but you are wrong. off-weapon ias does not work on a werebear. maybe on a wolf, but not on a bear.

All people that follow my wts knows that my english is a shit... anyway i must try to explain it.

If you got a werewolf durid you only interested in the increased speed weapon, is uselles in other equipment from a certain level on the ability of Werewolf, and as this increases the attack speed and makes the rest of the team is negligible. It happens about from a level above 10 Werewolf.

For Werebear Druid contrary to what it may seem, the increased attack speed the rest of the team can be useful but with nuances: in fact the weapon IAS (WIAS from now on) are more important than the rest. What happens is that from certain fast attack levels is when almost no influence. Most faster is the weapon, most useless are the IAS in the rest of the team (OIAS from now). Need a huge amount of IAS gloves, armor, helmet, etc.., To break the next break, while in the weapon with less IAS gets the same result.

For example if you wear a botd giant thresher (werebear fire claws) you will attack with 7 frames... if you got 70 ias in the rest of gear you will attack with 6 frame.

off weapon ias matters for shapers (even for werewolf with a low lvl werewolf skill). Titorod is absolutely right.

It is a common fail that people treat it simple like "off weapon ias doesn't matter for shapers" (which is true for ww barbs f.e.)
