About the Highlord's: I thought I had ss'd it in inventory fight when I found it, but apparently not. I should do a full gear roundup soon anyways, since I've been shifting quite a lot around in the rings/amu department. The tricky part is that my sanctuary and titans so to speak "keep themselves equipped" with their dex/str bonuses, so I have to make sure I have enough bonus stats from the rest of my equipment.
About Titan's: found them after many nm meph runs, see post #42.
About grand charms: LK can drop gc's with the 36-40 life mod. Charms with 41-45 life are, afaik, only droppable by hell diablo and baal (which is why people cube those charms on bnet). Source:
