Mal has 15 patterns in P8 LK Superchest. So your odds are 15:65k for a mal. If you are running on a 2 campfire map, you shall expect a Mal in every ~700 runs.

Odds for sur is 11:65, so it is more likely to make Jah/Ber from Sur drops as Ber has only 2 patterns.
