I used my first reset!

This is my new damage:











> Master (SLvl 10) @ lvl 58
> Tiger Strike (SLvl 4) @ lvl 61
> Dragon Talon (SLvl15) @ lvl 73 (having izzy done in nm)

I base this on the expectation that I will have at least a treachery, lore, and +1 skills amulet.
My shadow should be Level 17 with these @ level 76 and attempting NM Baal.


From that point on, I'll get dragon flight, and blade fury.

Any levels after that will most likely go into a) max master, b) max dragon tail. Depends how well my shadow and merc can tank at that point.

This turned out to be a terrible idea so far.

Meteor was an andy killer, as we all know she's weak to fire.
However, nobody mentioned that thunder claw is a a 360 degree aoe... it barely hits her.

So, to add to this problem:

Now, it seems there's only two options here:

Reset back to pure fire for farming andy in hopes of raven/natalya helm, or maybe a lucky gheeds/tombstone partizan.

OR

Take my new tele staff, push to act 3, and farm LK chests in hopes of a Lem and Lum.

No but seriously, Andy NM can't drop Raven. Lot's of other useful stuff tho. I've never played a build like yours truly so I'm not sure what the weaknesses are but progress if it feels safe. Lem is really rare in NM LK too. If you can, get to A5 for Eldritch/Shenk exp.

i would go back to fire, i find that thunder claw is great for clearing a bunch of mobs at once with the chain lightning on pheonix strike, but i prefer the safety of the chaos ice bolt, watching this thread inspired me to do my own elemental claw sin and i pretty much fell in love with the frost claw/chaos ice bolt in the chaos sanc. before diablo. currently stuck in norm a5 on the last wave before baal >.> tormenter just hurts me too bad @ lvl 43

anywho thanks for makin the post and gettin me to do my own private WT, waiting to see how far you get.

honestly, i cleared his minions and then took him out of the room and went to baal

fuck that. and you just reminded me that phoenix is a chain lightning. maybe i'll try that. it does multiple hits sometimes.
with thunder+slvl 4 tiger chargeups, dragon tail will do some serious triple-element damage.
