Sorry for the delay, I've been busy etc.
It's nothing fancy really and it's more trouble than it should be. I have something called GeForce Experience which runs at all time in the background. It basically records the screen at all time, and I can choose to save the last 5 minutes or whatever whenever I want. Say something good drops, I just press Alt + Z and choose to save the last 5 minutes
I downloaded some random app that lets me cut the video where I want, because I don't need the entire 5 minutes, right
Then I use some random website to convert the short video to a gif and upload it here

I am lost... let us say Runes: 25/33 = 33 being maximum DROPS of runes, or is it based on the quality of the rune? Also, how many RUNS did you do for those runes? MF% chance (even though that ignores a rune dropping)?, Have you organised the Unique items based on Normal to Elite items? Just a thought, because the X/XX is finding what? Maximum # of Unique / Set or rune items during your run(s)?
