If you are single, spend a couple of hours JUST running LK with 2 x firepits on p5 or p7

If you are relentless and efficient, you will have some success

MF doesn't matter, so stash your MF charms and stack up on 8 keys and gogogo


Ultimately rng is rng and there is no sure fire way to get hrs without dodgy means

You could use an editor to reset your HF every game and keep doing it until have a batch of GULs to upgrade?

That's tough - really isn't many options other than continue the grind of grinds

Well. Months says nothing, should be counting in hours which actually tells how much you've played. What I mean is that you can't be complaining about getting no hrs when you've spent next to no time playing. Unless you have extreme luck it doesn't work like that.

Didn't say anything about baal. Atm I have a lvl 98 blizz sorc that haven't even killed ancients. AT is good enough for grinding experience when you're low level, it starts getting slow around 97.

You want more hrs?
Play more. Grind more.
Adjust player settings to at least /players 3. Go as high as you can without effecting kill speed too much but imo players 3 is the most efficient /player setting if you can manage that. Also target areas where particular chars/elements excel at.
Kill more monsters in a short amount of time ie target areas where your chars excel at.
Target areas that are known to have good monster density or better rune drop rates (eg. Lower Kurast super chests, Travincal, Chaos sanct, Wsk2-3, Throne, arcane sanct, etc). Also be aware that some monsters have better rune drop rates ie ghosts.
Play more, grind more.
Don’t underestimate your Blizz sorc.
Understand RNG. 1 month of playing you might get 0. Tomorrow you might get 2 HR’s in a day, next day another, then nothing for a month..

If this fails just cube El runes for the next 50 years and you might get there.
