Actually higher player count will affect her odds to drop runes above Ist which are not part of her special runedrop because higher player count reduces chance of no drop.
But running countess for runes above Ist is a waste of time.
For example council members in travi only have a 30% lower drop chance of Lo than countess but there are 11 of them in one place and they are a lot easier to reach than countess.
