I know everybody goes rich af to solve things but i found that using a high def eth treachery prebuffed was the best armour due to that insane ias AND res combo.
I then use an eth ariocs needle, though eth hone sudan has worked well too , with enough socketed ias to reach a crazy high bp.
Helm is gface socketed with cham ( VERY important to use cham as he gets slowed there a ton otherwise and if he doesnt spam attacks he does just die constantly).
Setup like this, ive never seen him die - i do telly in between him and huge pavks of hydras because why not with my fire absorb and all, so i dont ignore him either.
