I don't know for d2r, but in classic diablo, they're a bug with fury and block animation, that is a huge argument for 2 handed weapon over 1-handed grief + shield for pvm metadruid (unless you want do to grief in an 'exotic' 2-hand support...), hence ribcracker/tomb/2h botd are far much more used, even if grief pb seems great dmg/speed wise ...

If this bug still exist in d2r, i'd strongly recommend you to choose forti over grief ;)

On an other hand, ribcracker is far than enough for uber trist if you plan to (which is kinda a goal you should set you to have fun with your wolf ;)
