I imagine that you would need to load up on the FCR somewhat if youre aiming for 117 for chain lightning.
As mentioned in the previous post, I don't aim for 117, even if this means relying on the mercenary a little more.
The rest of the gear is "classic wealthy" if I may say so: torch, anni, 1 skiller per tree, Aldur's boots, Mara.
One option I still have to try is the full Tal set since it does provide bonus damage to cold AND lower resistances to fire and lightning, all 15% (thanks to the bonus provided by the weapon). The total FCR provided by the set, however, is not that great, but then if I were to try this, I'd go for Spirit as a shield, and this would have to be a good one at that.
