Anything big with life leech. Bonehew with an amn and a shael would be great. Reapers would work, upped hone sundan yari has three sockets to work with and you can find them in nightmare pretty easily.

Also I totally forgot about call to arms using ist. Its kind of a pain in the ass to shift back and forth between druid and wolf just to add less health than the oak sage.

Lmao I guess you could find an eth 5 socket polearm and chuck call to arms in it for merc, that has leech. Pretty unorthodox though.

I recommend just trying out delirium first, use hero editor or something just to see how it functions with your build.

I mean sure you loose CB on merc and some damage but Reapers is way better anyways. Break most PI immunes and the 50% added damange for you is much better than damage on merc. Not to mention weaken+slow.

But hard to find. Looks like really nice equipment. Maybe could find a better ML ring(or drink mana pots) and Highlords. Also String of ears would be an upgrade but I guess you need the fhr. Maybe can get that from charms.

I crafted a quite nice dual leech ring which im using now.
The belt is only for breakpoint until i get a nice crafted one

Been trying to find highlords and gore rider for a long time now, even finding hr's more easily ^^

Actually don't combine Delirium with reapers. Use Guillums face for DS, CB, FHR. Delirium is good if you don't use reapers since it casts other curses which fucks up mobs.
