better off doing baal runes i guess and kill all in wsk

on p8 the chance i 1:6917. there are 10 council members (pls correct me if i'm wrong). so ~ 690 runs to get one. but we all know it's rng. could be the first run or the ten thousandth.
best chance is countess in hell. 1:61 on p3-p8 there

It’s a bit hard to find Lem in NM. I got lucky in my WT and found one from a minion around Shenk.

NM Council can drop up to Um. However, with the fire enchanted bug, they are EXTREMELY dangerous in NM. If you are amped and the FE explosion goes off, it’s likely over. They deal an incredible amount of damage.

I would recommend pushing to Hell Countess and getting one from her. However, you need to find some gear upgrades for your char first.

I see what you mean. But as i said in a post earlier, this is just a casual run, so im not running HC. So a death doesn't mean the end

EDIT: Not being said, that i don't care about dieing, i'm still trying my best to avoid that, so i later on can work on HC chars

Oh.. I didn’t know it was Softcore. Do whatever then lol. I thought by casual, you just meant not always P8.

As you can see with the questions i ask, maybe playing HC single player (and even P8) might be too early - need some experience in terms of equipments choices and other stuff before i give HC a try.

Farm act 3 nm if you want lem. Lk runs, mephisto runs or travel runs usually do the trick for me. If you are going after hoz anyways then I’d just grind mephy and pop the super chest behind him
