You can go 105 fcr on swap with x2 Hoto
x2 Spirit swords + 40 fcr from other gear would be budget option, since you also hit 37 fcr bp then on main slot.

I guess Stormshield for DR + Grief in Phase Blade.
Idk why anyone would go for Arreat, I don't see the point in it :D Guillaume's or even Shako would be both superior to Arreat's Face imo

Enigma, Highlords, Arach, Magefists (trangs can work but CR is kinda useless in Chaos Sanctuary, therefore Mana Regen from Magefists is better), Raven, Soj (Bk works too but life on bk isn't bo-able while mana adds on soj are gg), Gore Riders.

LoH gloves are also amazing, but in that case you gotta get Fcr from somewhere else. x1 fcr ring with dual hoto swap, or x2 fcr rings with dual spirit swap, considering you have other source of CBF, such as Cham in Gulli

i would go with war spike as base. reason is simple. in CS you are ~30% of the time under decrep. with 40 ias on grief (in a pb ofc) and HL + LoH you are still at 10 fpa, just 1 off from perfect 9 fpa.
if you take ba as base you need 92 ias to reach 10 fpa. 40 grief + 20 HL + 20 LoH + 15 ias jewel in guillaumes. sure you can do that but sometimes i want to hork with my zerker and then you don't need raven because you can cham your helm.
and anyway beast is useless as dmg dealing weapon in pvm so i don't mind putting it in a war spike...
