Trying to shop an affordable +3 BH sceptre. This one is too much for my wallet... I need a normal one, magic is quite costly.

Bingo! Drognan is a great spot for sceptre shopping: Good amount of goods and right next to town entrance, so easy resetting.


Maggot Lair is an evil piece of shit with low mana and not even the 30 FCR bp :D
