Kicksin might be the character in game who doesnt not suffer too much for using Storm in pvm

There is no many better shields

i have not very much info what type of dmg all the ubers and minions deal, but it also give a place for socet ias/@ and high block and cold + lr. 35str also goes well with kicker. str adds dmg twice in the kick formula(more than dex)

the other choise would be whistan for block, but u loose out on a lot of nice stats.

moosers aint bad either, but i rather take the storm.
