There's no way you can get 125% fcr in classic. The maximum would be:
+10% from amu
+20% from two rings
+50% from Spectral Shard
+20% from Wall of the Eyeless (terrible shield otherwise)
+20% from Magefist
= +120% IN TOTAL
(Some crush sorcs use this setup to reach 8 frames breakpoint (105) in norm and nm rushes.)
e: Aiming 75%fcr is a bit tricky without shard as well as you have to use Wall of the Eyeless then.
