Not everyone wants to play lightning or fire or fire+cold or whatnot. And again, we know stacking mf is not worth it after 300 and getting to 300 is uber easy while keeping most of the items for killing speed AND survivability.

Is enigma MP the best for a cold sorc? Thought COH was.

Blizz/orb can't be since both have cooldown. Maybe blizz/glacial spike or Orb/glacial spike.

I like enigma because of the high mf, it has almost 4 times what coh has. you should have nice resists from anni/torch/hoto/spirit/maras+quests.

In case you have issues with res with Enigma, just put Um in shako.

as mentioned above, AT is the best place since you don't have to worry about CI's, unless a random unique spawns with it, so it's pretty safe. blizz is the best build for this.
aim for 65 or 105 fcr. 105 isn't really needed if you are just running AT since blizz has gcd, but ofc it's helpful for tele reposition.
just get whatever mf you can, but don't sacrifice damage/kill speed over mf. 200-300 mf should be plenty

do NOT use occy.
