Yeah mayn, once I got away from solely using the “F” keys, gameplay felt a lot smoother. Just having everything in reach without having to move the hand is much more ergonomic. I still use F1-3 as I have quite big hands

Middle mouse click I use for TP; mouse wheel up/down is quite nice for scrolling between Amp and CE on a fishymancer
