I made an ele druid (i didnt have plugy or .ladder runewords txt.)

Found it was very viable to clear things with patience. The gear will drop as you clear things. The moment i got to Hell a3 I ran thousands of LK runs essentially to find better gear/runes. From there I continued onto doing mephisto runs and squeezing in pit/tunnel runs.

Kill her, take the TP that appears. Talk to warriv ONLY and go east and in act2 immediately save and exit

go to youtube, look up dbrunski, mrllamasc, and there was a third one I can't remember right now, most probably in related videos you'll find him; yes, him, they're all dudes playing d2 single player.
