I played always with full tal set 2cold skiller, 2light skiller and infinity merc - immunes with Nova. U kill everything in hell easy.

-res doesn’t work on merc, and infinity doesn’t break cold immunes
take a merc with might aura and slap an insight or reaper on it, would recommend reaper cos it can also break phys immune (also use forti)

its the conviction aura not the -light res

act 2 nm merc defensive ind perf infinity no broblemos after that.

u got infys aura and holy freeze nice combo

-res only works for the wearer, thats your merc. Auras, like conv, are global and work for everyone attacking the affected mob.

-res/+dmg on assa doesnt work for your traps, since blizz decided they are treated as minions.
