you will notice a difference between 43 and 45life
when you live with 3life
if your life remains above that, then there is no difference

and if you can't notice a diff with str bug or 50mf, you can still measure it by playing and monitoring your performance

but with polearms, you can't notice or measure any difference because they all perform the same
it's not comparable to 50mf, more like 1mf
1mf doesn't matter
