A +3 bs white is your best bet in terms of dmg. Im not sure about fcr breakpoints tho. Most pb necs i saw used hoto, probably for res and fcr.

Gloves usually trangs or mages.

I like to do it in bearform for better ias bps. Brand and Oath casts spear, Botd, carrion wind and andy casts nova
