Switch: 2x Echoing weapons
Armor: Wealth MP
Gloves: 40 MF Chancies
Rings: Dual Dwarfs
Belt: Either G Wrap or a nice rare with fhr/life/res/gf
Boots: Inferno's or a nice set of rares

Edge RW in stash for gambling
Inventory: Torch/anni 9x WC GF Gc's + gf res SC's

I prefer this setup to ensure you can still tele.

Helm: Immortal Kings with 2x Lem Runes:
Armor: Wealth* / Enigma**
Ammy: +2 Barb Skill: 70-80 goldfind / Lvl2 Teleport (25 Charges)*
Ammy: +2 Barb Skill: 70-80 goldfind /Str/Dex/Res/Life mods**
Belt: 70-80 goldfind / 50+ Life / Some Res / Str/Dex
Boots: 20-30% FRW / 70-80 goldfind / 30+ Fire/Cold/Light Res*
Crystal Sword: with 6x lem inserted into sockets: 2 of these.
Chanceguards
Dwarfstars x2

Switch Weapons:
Echoing Balanced Knife (+3 Warcries) with Life Tap Charges: (Lvl 4-6 / 90+ Charges)*
Hoto or another Echoing weapon.
