I would say it is handicap compared to Faith or other high end bows that be acquired by hell Baal.

I think buriza has a cap and definitely hinders frost arrow at some point- definitely will kick nightmares ass and I hope carry me to ancient tunnels! Then the grind to get to Baal would be fun with it too. Hoping to make the elite bows at some point
