An early Blood Crescent would be great! Realistically you’ll be hunting skulls early on lol

We have of course overlooked the obvious: Sigon's Gloves + Helm (+ Boots)

Sigon Glove + Helm is one of my favorite climbing combos for melee characters. Now I feel dumb.
