Patch 1.13c notes (
Patch.txt) mention Oblivion Knight's Iron Maiden curse being removed, but there is no mention of the ''unfortunate'' side effects.
Besides
their inability to cast Lower Resist curse also
their Decrepify curse cast at long range has no effect.
