if you're counting on CE then yeah infy's probably better
a poison nec doesn't need CE boosted tho, the only thing they need help with is bosses. So crushing blows.
infy is never going to come close to landing as many crushing blows as this

Agree but you setup is expensive. Will try with 15/39 jewels

well, infy helps at corps explosion.
but i think, merc doesnt matters psn nec is very good alone
i had random merc with selfmade crescent moon XD (static field), treachery, andy

however infy helps at bosses also (CB), so infy+forti or treachery+andy should be the best

Infy is better, not lot more to Say. U Will kill bosses slow with PSN mancer in P8 no Matter what u do. Give the merc a Crescent Moon if u want some static or so. If u want something crazy, make infy iron Golem And let merc wear Crescent, treachery, vgaze CHAM.
