Im playing on single player only and plan on doing colossus grief and death cs combo if i wear highlord and laying of hand ,how much ias is needed on grief assuming i roll the worst possible roll.

If i remember correctly grief lowest possible ias roll is 33 and max is 40.

I might have to just settle for pb grief

30 ias Grief colossus sword (worst roll possible), and Death colossus sword.
Level 24-26 frenzy.

0ias -- 15 frames
10ias -- 14 frames
24ias -- 13 frames
42ias -- 12 frames
78ias -- 11 frames
138ias -- 10 frames

Not much difference with a perfect roll (answer post 4).

Also does the ias on grief count toward death or does death only receive the ias bonus from glove amulet belt and ias jewel

I read somewhere that your frenzy swing speed is based on your main hand weapon and your off hand speed doesn’t matter. It didn’t seem like it was true on my barb so I’m not sure where I heard that.

One thing I do know is make sure your “longer” weapon is on your off hand. If you have a longer main hand and shorter off hand sometimes you will start swinging when in range for your main hand but your off hand will be out of range and miss.

i 99'd a couple of hc barb with grief pb, guilli and storm.
they looked badass af

Frenzy is a single animation, which length depends on both weapons (including weapon type, ias) and off-weapon ias, and skill ias.
There's no separate breakpoint for each weapon.
