How about dual rift + nightwing + infinity ?
rest of gear to get max ias bp, max res, attack rating, CBF, etc ...

Nope, in hell you will stuck. Rift is mid-game runeword and Tornado/Orb on such levels do little damage.
And you will have like ZERO phys damage and because of that - no leech (Tornado can't leech).
So Full IK barb will do twice more Elemental damage than your build, and of top of that he will have like 3-4K Physical damage + 40% more CB

Ok thankyou everyone I been playing d2 on and off since it came out, getting tired of same old builds. i just wanted some odd ball character haha i figured x2 chances of that firestorm would be a trip in crowded rooms still looking was thinking of making every runeword weapon for frenzy barb and just playing around. i got stuck in the same old routine of "getting rich" on d2... kinda makes the point of playing the game boring ya know?

Try with rift/rift instead, u will drop dozen frozen orbs with actual good dmg.
