Never coh on a smiter. Ed% to demons isnt working. For 2skills 8%dt 65res its just not worth it.

Better options:
Prebuff fade from treachery at river of flame wp. Then use forti or eni.

In my opinion to make Forti just to replace Enigma on a smiter is a waste. If you need for Trist only better use uped um'ed perf Viper.

Other budget options:
Duress - cb
Guardian angel - max res

However i'd choose viper with its mdr over CoH anyday...
