Seeking honest feedback:

What if your ladder reset team was not a struggle to herd people in which you tried to cajole people to stay long enough to level everyone through hell?

What if instead of making a build, you made a team. On this everyone would become a tank, and everyone would be a boss-killer. Or maybe they play on this team just long enough to make it to hell/ubers. Either way.

...

Honestly want to know what people think, and if anyone is interested.

I think it is a cool idea. If you could get everyone on board then you will definitely be successful. The obstacles would be:

1. Most of these characters would not function well solo, especially at the start of a ladder reset.
2. Elemental and magic damage builds are way more efficient with low gear, and scale better into nm and hell.
3. Many of the auras / skills only require 1 pts investment, such as amp / decrep / vigor / salvation, thus a dedicated character for these is not needed.
4. There are more optimal party configurations - I'm thinking 1x nec / 1x druid / 1x barb / 1x pally / 1x sorc then 3x sorc and or pally

With the setup relying heavily on physical builds you gotta count in the obstacle of everyone getting a decent weapon in order to do a fair amount of damage output. Caster dont rely so heavily on gear to do a decent amount of damage. I imagine that you will slow down remarkably in late NM.
