Regarding her equipment, you need only pay attention to:

• Item Level: https://www.theamazonbasin.com/wiki/index.php?title=Valkyrie#Detail
  That is: ilvl=25 @ slvl=1 (Skill Level), ilvl=28 @ slvl=2 ... ilvl=99 @ slvl >25 (26, 27 ...).
  Item Level (ilvl) is used in the calculation of Affix Level (and this in turn determines the affix pool of available prefixes and suffixes).

  Valkyrie receives no further base item upgrades beyond slvl=27 (Tiara).

Hence a slvl >26 Valkyrie is equipped with the following (ilvl=99):

Tiara
Amulet
War Pike*
Sacred Armor*
Crusader Gauntlets
Colossus Girdle
Myrmidon Greaves

The two marked with an asterisk (*) are pieces of equipment which may visibly take on affix colo(u)rs that differ from the default colo(u)rs of Valkyrie equipment.

Now, all that remains is to browse the affix tables which you can easily google (''Affixes for LoD-Items Patch 1.11'').
Select War Pike (Spears) / Sacred Armor (Armors), remember: ilvl=99, and look for prefixes and suffixes with a non-empty 'Color'.

As Alone pointed out here, you probably want her to spawn with a black War Pike and a (crystal) red Sacred Armor.
Some affixes supply the same colo(u)r, in which case you may be unable to discern exactly which of the affixes it is.

hmm i guess ill go to lvl 17 so she has war pike. i mean how tanky does she really need to be!

and i feel like i'd get more dmg output Vs cold immues if i have a high dmg bow on switch with guided arrow

Just get a WWS on switch and make sure your merc's damage is good.

My favorite way to go though is to max Lightning Fury and have javs on switch, the 20 points into LF is enough to take out groups of cold immunes with ease.
