You didn't say anything about your build... If it's based on Lightning or Chain lightning, then 117 fcr is a must.

You seem to have around 500 mf, at the cost of more damage.

Past 200 mf, be aware that more mf slightly increases your chance of droping unique items (when available), and greatly increases your chances of droping set items and magic items (failed set).
Rare items, on the contrary, will be harder to get.

It's up to you, but my advice would be : stay around 200 mf, and improve your killing power.

Viper can be a good option too, with 30 fcr, high mdr and 1 rainbow facet.
