Nah, Andariel wasn't P64.

The map is way too tiny, she immediately spawns when you enter it.
The radius for monster spawning is actually pretty large, many screens far, so if you want stuff to spawn at a certain P#, you'll want to be way ahead of it.
Just sharing my thoughts on the 1.07+ overflow bug.

The actual overflow happens because in 1.07 they changed the calculation responsible for scaling monster health according to player number.
Pre-1.07 it was just a simple (health*player_number), which afaik would never cause a problem, but in 1.07 they changed it to multiply health by a big number, before dividing by 100.
Stuff like health and damage is multiplied by 256 for increased precision, while the result is typically stored as a signed 32-bit integer, so if the value exceeds 2,147,483,647 then it will roll over to -2,147,483,648, and then continue going up again.
Bosses are obvious contenders to challenge that maximum value.
Diablo Hell for example with a base of 67,108, multiplied by 256 makes 17,179,648, multiplied by 525 (the P8 health bonus) is 9,019,315,200. Well.. that's not exactly gonna fit.
So in stead, the value will just keep looping between the min and max until it's been satisfied.
In this case it will end up at 429,380,608, which then is divided by 100 to make 4,293,806, which is then added to the monster's base P1 hitpoints to get 21,473,454. Divide by 256 to get ~83,880 hitpoints.
So even though not negative, his life
should be in the hundreds of thousands, but in stead ends up being only a few dozens of thousands.
I assume they changed the calculation in 1.08 or 1.09 so that the overflow doesn't happen (at P8 and below) anymore?
Anyway, I remember destroying bosses in 1.07 with a single Static Field, so there's probably more to it than the overflow itself.
For example, I don't think Diablo will ever have negative health, and neither will Mephisto.
Duriel should have negative health on P3 and P8, but not other P#. Mephisto's lowest should be ~4,930 at P7, while Diablo's lowest should be ~16,772 at P6.
So I wonder what causes those one-shots..
