Since LoH's damage boost only works with the physical damage from the javelin, it doesn't really offers much for a javazon since most of your damage is elemental.

I'd choose the java skills gloves.

Definately Enigma over CoH but Infinity is a priority.

The change to cast slow animated Fist of Heavens could get you killed easily. If you are moving a lot and far casting to avoid getting struck, Arachnids (if tele) or Razors works better anyway as cleaning quick is defensive by itself

Yes it's worth going for 100% pierce. You want +9 in pierce and razortail anything less than 100 is bad.

My javazon has 20 points in Freezing arrow on switch, and I have 10 cold damage small charms that give me more freeze time. It still takes 10+ shots to kill some LI's, but my merc kills frozen monsters very fast with his insight cryptic axe. FA is very effective against black souls btw. The only real annoyance is when Bremm spawns both CI and LI and then kills my merc as well.

eni is best in slot but not as important as getting infy for your merc

whale armor with facets is better imo
bad fcr+zons shouldn't be doing runs alone

if you only do baalruns and someone else gives you the throne tp, then yeah you can use a 20/20 armor and spend 1 tele charge from amu or swap to get to baal and it will be a bit faster than with eni
if you do literally anything else, eni is better
