Brom update



The Challenge is already underway!

Just finished Act I and I have claimed a nice axe and armor also got a trident along the way for act 2 merc. A good start already!

We will be starting Act II without any health or mana potions wish us luck.

Things of Note:
Not many potions are dropping I must be careful with when I use them. Since you cannot vendor items they are a rare and limited item.

Locked Chest have become a pain in the butt with few to no keys found they will remain locked and collect dust and blood while I slay monsters around them.

The Rogue merc dies alot! But we will be upgrading and moving on.

Without being able to repair items you will quickly notice how fast they break. The axe I found with auto repair will be useful.

Brom update



Played a little bit of Act II last night and will now begin again today.

Found myself a nice club and also a unq sword! Starting Act II out well.

Using the Find potion skill even with just 1 point in it has saved my life many of times when running out of health and mana.

We begin today going in this dark tomb what horrors await us? Whats tressure will we find?

Note:
The Find Item skill is great but it burns mana really quick I don't think I should be spamming it. Not many mana potions are dropping so far.

so i have to do a solo hardcore barb p1 run, no reruns, and the prize is 10 fg?

you realize that even if you offered 500 fg per guardian no one would do it, right?

if you want to make a challenge you have to do it SP, not b.net. and no re-runs on barb is just a luck walk, no skill involved. if you find an amn rune in act 5 hell to make a strength the difference in the baal kill alone is like 30-45 mins.

the challenge is aptly named i suppose. should only take a few thousand years to get 3 barbs on the arreat summit.

You can just say you are not up for the challenge and move on. Only the greatest of players are willing to take up this challenge.

Doing runs and magic finding locations or bosses over and over has no skill involved in it.

If you are able to slay the enemy with notihng but the loot you find through your first run then you are skilled. This doesn't require luck. use all white items you find and the result is the same.

Can you beat this challenge?

Prove to yourself and d2jsp you can.

You should post this in the player vs monster section. There's a bunch of people doing what you do, they might be interested

that's an improvement moving it to PvM for sure. I still think maybe u wave some FG around and you'll get company. up to you

Fg is already being paid. This isn't a service this is a CHALLENGE!!. I'm just giving out a bit of fg as a thank you to true players looking to prove to d2jsp they can beat this.

You're asking people to do a pvm players1 walkthrough on softcore with no time limit and no ubers. People pretty much do this every ladder reset and every speedrun.

I don't know if "skill" is involved but I can already tell alcohol is or there would be no way for you to enjoy it.
