Well Sorc and Java are both fast Killers in pvm. Even if theyre on their own. Besides that sorc got static and teleport

You will melt down trough the whole game.
I recommend you to try barb and zealer. This is Fun

Summoner + hdin would be only my Second Choice because summoner is kinda boring to Play imo

If he is a beginner Go for Sorc and java. I Think this is most Fun for the both of you cuz both Chars are easy to Play. But Thats just my opinion

you kind of get to be really proud of a melee character because to me it is much more of a grind process...
at some point your weapon is preventing you from going further... then attack rating can be a problem too... ect.

So for those reason i'd say anything that involve element will make the task easier and much more enjoyable for a new player.

If you put a sorceress in the combo... let him play that because we all know how sorc are op for crowd control, and teleport is so much fun ... oh and static.
Because of all this if you play a sorc instead of him, he'll feel damn useless lol :P

I agree on Part 2 and 3 but i disagree on Part 1 as long as they Play on /Players 2
If so it will be easy with Every Class
Anyway the grind will be more painfull for sure

for us i think it's really easy to enjoy the grind because we know the possibility and that we're doing it for a reason but for a new player it might not be the case...
Two veterans could really enjoy the playthrough of two melee character together but even a new player, it depends of his temper! :huh:



And for Part 1, yeah i thought it was P8 on open bnet just like any WT here :P

EDIT:/ As long as one player isn't OP vs the other one... that's the most important to keep it fun imo!

I enjoyed Barb + necro a lot when I played with my noob friend. I just tanked for him and basically told him to Amp everything he could and use w/e other skills he wanted so I didn't stifle his creativity haha.

Lo and behold, a necromancer with 1 in every skill was born.
