Speedruns are normally /players1 only, px is when you change /players settings throughout the run (which is faster than P1 only).

These would be open battle net games so ideal is trist runs 1-15 tombs 15-24 ancients for 25 then just catch bot runs to 40 what I am wondering is what’s the best char/class/gear combo to make the 1-24 the quickest. I want to be able to do all the damage for trist and tombs and then participate for Baal runs but not depend on myself only for all damage. I just did a javazon and for Baal runs I was able to 2 shot everything up to wave 3-4ish with just sigons and a bought spear. However tombs was so slow because of so many minions and lack of aoe or mass killing spells.
