It’s not always an easy choice, it’s just like everything else. It really depends on the situation.
For example, for P8 Nihlathak LE rolls are by far the biggest thing that will slow you down (we’re talking ~20s runs non LE vs ~35s runs LE with HotO) so it makes more sense to focus on what’s problematic than everything else when LE or breakable LI in general are too common to abort every time.
If you were doing P8 2 seal CS runs (Vizier/Infector) it might be more efficient to use CM.
