Easily obtainable before hell act 5. Baal is an uber and so far havent been able to do it with any chars.

120 is just a matter of playing thru and knowing what gear to look out for. Feel free to google median runewords or guides to glance over what its about

I should actually probably look up what this Median thing is all about before I go voting (BTW I already did).

i personally played an iron spiral barb at one point, but i ended up using another skill. lol i forget what it was, but i felt like the skill itself got kind of boring after awhile. just my opinion

i did an unholy caster a longgg time ago and it was pretty fun, i used the lightning skill, cant remembr what its called
