I done an uber barb last season. Used 2x grief pbs and frenzy skill with dracs.. Worked until meph wanted to act like a bad ass and 1 shot me. (Only 75 light resis will do that)
Notice that was on softcore not hardcore

This puts me at 93 cb with magic sorbs and reduction, will load my inventory with res charms tell me if this is a fail

You will not fail with this, assuming your elemental resistances are around 200% in hell (ie : 75% after Mephisto's conviction).

You could easily upgrade your build with Oath weapons (or Grief / Death if you can afford them), Highlord's amulet, String of ear belt and Gore rider boots.

Add another high rune for a Fortitude then it will be perfect (although the use of Life tap is debatable).
