his invisible cold novas got you.
there's a bug where when unique monsters spawn with CE + LE, then an invisible CE nova is released when the monster is put into hit recovery.
looks like you got hit with 3 cold novas -- play at 0.25 speed or play it frame-by-frame.
possibly got hit by bolts also, but it's hard to tell with how much shit is going on.

not carry other elemental damage. this is a myth that started in 2000 and that shit is still being repeated. it's not true. exactly this kind of spreading of misinformation is why guys like OP have no clue what's going on in this game.
