I personally don't and never have, but you cannnnnnn use infinity on a cold sorc and it isn't a bad idea.

It saves you points of CM to boost your second element dmg
Reduces secondary res of enemies so secondary attack is stronger
Provides your merc with high dmg
40% CB.


reapers is my suggestion too, just saying infinity is a more than acceptable hybrid cold sorc wep (would not recommend for pure blizz but only for FB/orb)

the amount crushing blow hits a boss for lessens and lessens as his health drops. if you are a sorc and in hell and drop boss to 50% already with static, you should only take a few more seconds to kill the boss, unless you are playing some troll build.
cb on sorc merc is a waste

It's not a waste at all, and if it was no one would bother using treachery on a merc for faster ias for faster cb

even if you use an insight or some other polearm, you still use treachery to help get next ias bp plus fade for dr & stacked res.
