I'd recommend farming a lem, and making a treachery for yourself. 45 ias is very dope, and makes it fairly easy for you to reach ias breakpoints, while giving more protection than Duriel's ( I think!) :)

Yeah, I have Lower Resi Wand which I use for progression, otherwise I use Harmony for re-runs.
Guess I'll need to farm dem Titans before moving on and perhaps buying better gloves. Quite unsure what is my best bet to buy them on Nightmare?
