Play the game and u will find it.

Pit/CS/AT etc. is the way to go, but you can still be unlucky. I had enigma and lvl 93/94 before my first 4 os monarch on my druid.

Didnt find monarch on my sorc until I was lvl 91, was found in pit iirc. Now I see them all the time

Strategy = grind and grind some more. There is a sadistic joy from it and we all know about it.

Yuuuuup. Wish my old HDD didn’t crap out on me because my old sorc had a self made infinity and everything. Over 5k LK runs I don’t think I have it in me to do that part again. Wish I backed that char up

I once found a white monarch in the Den of Evil at level 52. But I usually abuse the Pit with low mf until I find one. It usually take less than 10 runs. But since you are blizz sorc you will clear the Ancient Tunnels fastest since there are no cold immunes there.
