Grief zerker on main hand and wish of the dying is best weapons I’ve found for frenzy baba. (Wish of dying is an Ebotd, Last wish hybrid)

IMO Griefz is not worth it on anything other than PvP characters. The durability is awful, you are repairing it too often. If using grief go pb all the way for PvM.
