Thanks. However, since I will be playing at p64 this means I will be in patch 1.09. iirc cb does not work the same in 1.09 as it does in 1.10 and forward. Back in 1.09 cb was a chance to deal your weapon's max dmg. It did not remove a % of monster life. That change came in 1.10. I could be mistaken tho. It's been a while since I used cb in 1.09.

That being said I will still keep a melee char in mind as a suggestion. Thanks.
