Or honor knout with black battle hammer. Socket any knout with larzuk quest gets you 5 sockets. Amn el ith tir sol, all easy.
Also, skill frenzy over mastery at this point and start pumping str for more dmg. War hammers benefit from str gain more than other weapons(its like 1.15 % per str i think) 165 vitality with maxed bo is more than enough hp until hell.
I usually maintain a close str/vitality ratio up to 3k hp. Then some dexterity for attack rating and elite weapons, then rest str. More than 3k hp seems silly to me even in hardcore, unless you're running dual grief pbs. If you get that far you can 100% vita cause grief destroys everything anyway
Also, anytime you switch weapons for shouting, reequip slow hammer over glove side to maintain speed glitch.
