Thank you! Killed Diablo but was a very unsecure attempt, won't risk that much in future.
Can you guys tell me where I should farm for more exp? Maybe I should start doing Mephisto?

Usually sorcs start with fire build. Farm Countess for Tir and Ral runes, then make 'Leaf' in a 2 sox staff, which can be shopped at Akara. If you have time you can try shopping a +3 Fireball staff.
The second important runeword, which also requires some Countess farming, is 'Stealth' armor (Tal - Eth).
The rest of your gear can be anything ('TirTir' helm can make your life even more easy).

After you hit lvl30, you can respec to Frozen Orb build.

This is the easiest way for sorcs in normal.

tir tir helm + leaf = tons of mana per kill so there's no need to guzzle pots constantly.

as above stated, fire is usually the way to start to breeze through. since you're already 20 and cold, the only thing you really "need" is a tir-tir helm and stealth for norm. everything else can be cracked junk gear, why bother getting twinked in normal. free ancients pledge shield when do a5q2.
once you're in nm, farm catacombs and andy for 4os sword, vipermagi, rockstopper/peasant, plus anything else you may want to deck your merc with.
